Reservation conditions

1. 1. Reservations are final and cannot be postponed, shortened or extended.
   2. Your reserved space will remain available until 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you are not present without informing us in time, your right to the space will lapse.
   3. If you arrive one day later than planned, you must notify us 24 hours in advance.
   4. Interrupted or shortened stays, such as a late arrival or early departure, do not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid. The entire planned stay remains due.
   5. Reservations are personal and cannot be transferred to other persons.

Payment in advance*

For each stay, it is required to pay the full amount prior to your arrival. Depending on the length of your stay and the date of reservation, different payment rules apply.

• Reservations made up to 28 days before the arrival date:
  
  • For a stay of less than 7 nights: the full amount must be paid within 1 week of reservation.
  • For stays of 7 nights or more: a deposit of €15 per night must be paid within 1 week of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Bookings made 27 to 15 days before arrival date:
  
  • The full amount must be paid within 1 week of booking.
• Bookings made within 14 days of arrival date:
  
  • The full amount must be paid within 1 day of booking.

Please note: Your booking is only final once the deposit has been received and the remaining amount has been paid on time. If payment is not made on time, the booking will be cancelled.

*Exeption: for the paved mobile home pitches at the front of the campsite, payment must be made online immediately when booking.

Stornierungsbedingungen

Die Stornierung muss immer per E-Mail erfolgen. Für das Widerrufsdatum wird das Datum der E-Mail berücksichtigt. Es fallen folgende Stornokosten an:

• • Bei Stornierung bis und mit 30 Tage for Anreise: Verwaltungskosten von €25.
  • Bei  Stornierung ab 29 bis 8 Tage for Anreise: 75 % des Gesamtbetrages, mindestens jedoch €50.
  • Bei Stornierung 7 Tage oder weniger vor Anreise sowie bei Nichterscheinen bleibt der volle Betrag/Anzahlung fällig.
